GET HELP
You are not alone. You are not to blame. And you deserve safety.
If you are experiencing domestic abuse or you know someone who is, The Gamp Haven Foundation is here for you. Whether it’s emotional manipulation, financial control, or physical violence, abuse is never your fault, and you do not have to face it alone. We are building a safe space where women and children can escape violence, heal from trauma, and begin again with dignity.
What You Need to Know Right Now
Abuse is not always physical. If your partner or caregiver controls, isolates, threatens, manipulates, or belittles you, it is still abuse.
You deserve safety. You have a right to live free from fear, harm, or control.
There is help available. Even if you’re unsure or scared, you can reach out and speak in confidence.
If You Need Immediate Help
While our shelter opens in December 2025 / January 2026, our team is available to listen, guide, and refer you to support even now.

Not Sure If It’s Abuse?
Ask yourself:
- Do you feel afraid of someone you live with or love?
- Are you constantly being insulted, blamed, or made to feel small?
- Is your access to money, friends, or movement being controlled?
- Do your children seem anxious, withdrawn, or scared at home?
If you answered yes to any of these, you may be experiencing abuse and help is available.
